Does God love the stones? ... buildings?...streets?

My thoughts are going this way: first of all He is loving the living stones of a city: the people,

people, who are living together as a team and for communal prosperity. In my opinion I see worked out a part of Gods order to Adam and Eve for caretaking on planet earth. But unfortunately because of their disobidience at the beginning, things didn't become as optimal as it could be. Therefore:

You are living your whole life in your city and you are saying: no I have not been carried away to this place? 
You have been carried away as well: out of the thoughts of God in your beeing alive in this world. You are chosen and you are important at your place.
