God gives prayer to answer it...
.... that was the most fitting encouragement, a prayer tutor once could give me.
The best encourager though is God himself. He began with verses from the book of Jeremia, that fell right into my heart. Then… a few years later (2003), I found myself in front oft he almond tree in blossom, which you can see on the foto below. God then repeated HIS word in me and caught me completely unanticipated
Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me, saying, .....what do you see?
And I said: I see an branch of an almond tree and I remember your word. Then said the Lord to me, You have seen well, for I am alert and active, watching over My word to perform it.( personally corresponding to Jeremiah 1,11-12)

Almond branch, 2003, all rights by : Deborah
Thank God for HIS word, - and for the fototechnique, that could capture this moment for sharing and remembrance.
The almond branch in connection with the word „watch“ is a hebrew word allegory.
The almond tree’s name in hebrew is schaqed: the awake one, the early one.
In the middle of winter it first brings ist blossoms and later pushest he leaves.
In the hostile cold it promises fruit and harvest.
To be watchful in hebrew means: schoked.
The moravian watchword for 2007 again calls us tob e watchful, to see and to expect great news.:
please read Isaiah 43,19a
God gives prayer to answer it
Will you pray with me for new things, for growth and recognition oft he new things, God wants to do?
- in your personal life
- in the family
- in your congregation
- at your workplace
- in your city
- in your country
- in Israel
- in the nations
Thank you, LORD, that over the parabel oft he almond branch you promised, to perform your word, according to which we pray. .
